BOOKING CONDITIONS: RETURN POLICY
Please read this document before completing your reservation, as it provides you with important information about your reservation, including your responsibilities.
CONDITIONS
The prices of all our sessions are inclusive of VAT. Once you have booked a training session, you must give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to do it or want to change it. If less notice is given, the session will be considered as completed. In case of non-attendance on the day of the event or reservation, no refunds will be given and no option to reschedule will be offered.
If the event or reservation has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, La Masía Raceway will reschedule the activity or event to a later date. In these cases, no refund will be made, but clients will be able to choose a new date at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
The personal training packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase (you will always receive a proof of purchase by email). No refunds will be made for sessions not completed unless it is due to force majeure.
In any case the La Masia Raceway team will review case by case to make decisions as favorable as possible for both parties. To request a refund, it is necessary to send an email to info@lamasiaraceway.com with the details of the reservation and the reason for the cancellation.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days of confirmation, via the same payment method used for the purchase. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 5% of the total value of the reservation, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice, so we recommend that you consult it regularly to be aware of any updates.
We will proceed as indicated by the Board of Directors to changes in the Internal Regulations, if necessary.
